Alderwick Construction ("we", "us") is a residential building company operating in North West London. When you submit our contact form, we collect the details you choose to give us — typically your name, email address, phone number, the type of project, your postcode or area, and any message describing your project. We use the information solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange a call or site visit, and provide a quotation. Our lawful basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services. We do not use your details for marketing without your agreement, and we never sell your data.
Form submissions are processed and stored by our website host, Netlify, which notifies us by email when a new enquiry arrives. Netlify processes this data on our behalf under its own security and privacy terms. We keep enquiry details only for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting project, after which they are deleted.
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Only the minimal technical cookies required for the site to function may be used by our host.
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, and to object to or restrict its use. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@alderwickconstruction.co.uk and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
