Alderwick Construction delivers complete residential projects — extensions, loft conversions and full refurbishments — managed end-to-end by one team. We handle the heavy structural work and the fine finishing with the same care, which means no hand-offs, no gaps in responsibility, and one point of contact from first drawing to final handover.

Much of our work is in period properties, where new structure has to meet old fabric cleanly. It's exacting work, and it's where we're at our best.
